the summer of 2001 in beautiful downtown Prince Albert, Saskatchewan,
Canada. |

| Barry Mihilewicz and Jason Moon started
working together as songwriters in 2000. Both had years of experience
performing as musicians, songwriters and actors. Jason had a diploma in
multimedia and was scoring music for film and television and Barry had
a degree in Engineering Physics and worked as a sound engineer and
music producer. They decided to pool their talents and open a
multimedia facility with a full 48-track recording studio and a video
editing suite. |
